ABOUT

I've drawn since childhood and created ads for some of the biggest companies in the world, but I didn't realize the power of design until the violence in my hometown of Charlottesville.

While working for an ad agency in San Francisco, in one day, Charlottesville became a symbol of hate around the world.  That same day, I wondered if I could make a symbol saying the opposite.  I turned the letters of the city's nickname into a message of love and posted it online.

The response was immediate and spread quickly, so I made an online store in hopes of raising enough money to donate.

Because of that one design, I was able to donate thousands of dollars to the Legal Justice Center and HEAL Charlottesville.
